Standards terms: No motivation, porn addict that I cause because of the breakup, over eating and my mental state was not the best. It was literally Work, Home, Sleep and repeat. April 2023 marked my turning point. Inspired by legends like "TeachingMenFashion" and "AlphaM," I declared war on my former self. Armed with a gym membership and an old workout notebook, I embarked on a mission to reclaim my life.

Diet Magic: The Balance Trick! My diet secret: 40% Protein, 45% Carbs, 20% Fats for muscle gains. Don't believe you can't eat Fast Food? You can, but choose wisely. For example, at McDonald's, I opt for the Bacon Quarter Pounder, no cheese, no salt, no mayo, ketchup, or mustard. Add in a large fries and a 10-piece McNuggets. Wash it down with either water or post-workout Powerade.
Sleep: Your Secret Weapon! 7 to 9 hours, your fitness superpower.
